Hello! I just had an interesting meeting with my team in regards to business planning and creating a business plan. There are couple of things that we went over with regards to creating this business plan. The goal for creating this business plan is to make it very simple and easily readable. Here are the following items we talked about and went over.

Number one: Look back to last year and create a recap. We have to find out and see what happened last year. We need to know where we are so we understand where we can go.

Number two: Create the numbers. We set goals knowing how many transactions we will be needing to accomplish them, how many days prospecting, how many contacts were going to make, how many appointments were going to set, how many listings are going be taken, and how many buyer sales are going to occur. In all of the numbers, we have to identify what our total paid income will be, our expenses, and determine our profit.

Number three: We also wrote down personal and business goals. We talked about establishing five personal goals for this year and five business goals for this year. Each of these have the most important thing: a due date and deadline in which these goals will be met.

Number four: What was important here was all of the challenges that we felt that we're going to have. Make a list of those, and create a solution to all the challenges.

If you know anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest, here's the shore. We appreciate all your continued referrals and business. We look forward to sending you large referral fees very often.
