Agent Reference: Pre-Qualifying


This past week, my team and I met about listing presentations. Our listing process is comprised of 3 simple steps.

First, you must pre-qualify 100% of all sellers before you take the listing. Determine whether they are serious or not. Pre-qualifying allows them to tell you about their concerns and objections ahead of time. Also, prequalifying will demonstrate your professionalism and give you better informationfor building rapport.

Next, deliver a pre-listing package. This can be sent by email, or you can drop off a physical packet.

Finally, always call back to confirm your appointment. Make sure that they received your package, and, most importantly, that they have read it.
